Garden fluff.

Since our spring was so late and cool, things have been blooming a bit more slowly this year.

But no matter when it blooms, if there’s any better smell than fresh lilacs?

Though honeysuckle comes in a close second.

This one doesn’t look like much from far away…

These Mallow I planted a few weeks ago have quickly become my favorite new bloomer.

Naturally when I went back to the nursery for more they were sold out.

  2. Beauiful colors and I’m sure the scents are heavenly! Nothing feels better and more satisfying than looking at gorgeous flowers. ❤

  4. So that’s what those beautiful flowers are called, the mallows I mean. We have them here around campus and they bring such a pop of color. I love the garden here at work, the landscapers really do a great job keeping it green and lush. Just like your house!

      1. I’ll have to check it out and see if there are any varieties that go to 4 or lower. When I asked you what your zone is, I kinda felt like I was asking, “Hey baby, what’s your sign?” but in a garden-geek kind of way: “Hey baby, what’s your zone?”
