.
Stone wall rebuild… Day 3.
.
.
The end was in sight.
.
.
And I thought they were almost finished…
.
.
Until I caught them at the large (also slightly crumbling) stone wall behind the choke cherry tree.
.
.
The dreaded cannabalization had begun.
.
.
Robbing Peter to pay Paul….
.
.
And now sections of the big wall look bereft.
.
.
Good thing they’re almost done.
.
That should keep invading hordes at bay…

If the hordes are 3 inches tall… yes.

Attilla was only five foot six… does that count?

No. Though think of the stories he could tell…. I might have to invite him to the man cave for a cocktail.

Looking good, but that’s hard work.

Oh man I think I know how your hubs feels lugging those rocks around…lol. Otherwise the wall looks stellar!

I’m glad he finally broke down and asked a friend to help. That’s a first…

Thanks. We have 3 walls… and while wonderful, they do require a good bit of upkeep.

You are so funny—the excitement never ends. I’m happy to know you’ll be safe if short little trolls try to invade.

Around here it’s more likely to be rabid woodchucks….
