Miscalculation on length left him with two short pieces instead of the one long piece he needed which meant yet another trip to Lowes for additional connectors. Sigh.
Was the finished gutter line straight and true?

Not quite, but it doesn’t leak. That’s probably as much as I can hope for.

Dry enough for the husband to a pan under the downspout to catch the small amount of rain we got last night.

If not for weeds, the lawn here would not be nearly as green as it is, but we do have a decent amount of green where the sun doesn’t get to it all day. Clover also takes up residence in those areas. It looks like His Lordship is investigating the measurement of those gutter lengths as well…I trust he was second in command on this project?

Yeah if it weren’t for all the damned weeds I’d have a semi-greenish/brown lawn too. I see you have you fair share of that goddamned weed, Creeping Charlie. I hate that fucking thing, and it keeps popping up everywhere. And more of it should pop up again since it started raining here again this morning. Well at least he completed the project instead of leaving it for another couple of weeks. I see His Lordship was out inspecting the work, lol.

Our weeds are doing fine, as well. The good news is, the bunnies love them. A gutter that doesn’t leak is job well done in my book.

The topic of gutters makes me grumble. We’ve had our troubles with them. Yours look better than the ones we paid big bucks for. Happy they’re now in place
