Remember the lovely new flower I planted in my stone wall bed?
.
.
It now looks like this:
.
.
My happy little cosmos?
.
.
Not so happy anymore.
.
.
It looks like another woodchuck war is brewing, and because no other deterrent ( critter ridder, moth balls, hot pepper flakes, essential oils etc) has worked? I just ordered the big (stinky) guns.
.
.
Note – do not cut flowers for the house after spraying with predator urine. Your roses will not smell rosy.
🤢
.
Sometimes I wonder if we live parallel lives.

I like the way you are handling things, though.

Sitting back and watching them eat everything? It’s not much fun.

Actually, I meant natural remedies like Predator Urine verses hurting or killing the Woodchucks.

Oh, I’d never hurt them. But that doesn’t mean they aren’t times I’d like to…

Hunters use deer (doe) urine to attract bucks. Not so sure that this coyote urine will not attract coyotes. This is a case of what we in business call “Pareto Optimality”, or “every action has an equal and opposite reaction”.

If we attract coyotes? I just happen to have a scrumptious red squirrel ready for take out.
