  1. It took me just shy of thirty five years to get to Weaverville. That’s a long time to go without a hometown. I’ve visited a lot of places, including Maine (Definitely glorious), but no place calls to me like this one. I’m certain you understand. Beautiful photos, thanks for giving us all a look.

  2. My roots always ran kind of shallow and I thought they always would. It took a few years to happen but eventually I integrated and became part of the community. People know my name and, mostly, treat me like a friend. My roots have started running deep. I always wished for that. It’s a great thing and I’m happy for anyone who finds it.
