Thrifting oddities.

.

I’m still getting a kick out of this page so I’m still sharing.

Now that’s a chair!

And possibly a sandwich.

How out of touch am I?

I had to look up ‘Pegasus’ as I thought it was some kind of dog harness or rock climbing apparatus.

🥴

.

Laughed at this because a friend of mine has the same one… that she also bought at Goodwill.

.

.

And to think of all the time I wasted searching for a couch.

🤣

      1. Kermit the Frog:  Soft spoken, self-deprecating de facto leader of the Muppets.  Nothing special about him except that he is sporadically sexually harassed by an oversexed sow, as many of us have been.  How did he get his job as leader?  Not by charisma, that’s for sure.  His father, Kermit Sr. was a mobster who had contacts in the entertainment industry… a great place to put a son who just couldn’t handle the family business.  He tried giving the business to Gonzo but Gonzo was shot one hundred times at a toll booth…

  1. Thrifting can have great outcomes, like when I came across some really great cast iron skillets, a crystal wine decanter that originally sold for $125 and I paid $11. But some of the stuff thrifters are treasure, is really just junk.
