That’s one of the things I loved about Grandma’s farm. The sky was huge and beautiful. You are lucky to have accomplished “location, location, location.”
That is a natural beauty there, full of color and peaceful. Down here we are looking at sunrise and sunsets through a haze of smoke. There is a wildfire up in Ruidoso NM and that affects where I live in Texas but more so where I work in NM. It’s horrible right now, not to mention the 108 degree heat that we’re having to endure as well.
We watch all those awful fires on the news and cringe. I can’t even imagine how horrible they must be.
But as for heat… we’re in the middle of it too. 98 yesterday, 102 predicted for today.
In Maine! That’s just wrong.
