I have a gin rummy app on my phone.
If I want to play that game I have to do it there…. because I beat my husband too often and he’ll only sit down for a game with me if the power goes out and he’s desperate for entertainment.
I have it set it on the most difficult level and beating the computer is challenging. Until the other day when it declared me the winner…

Was that your hand at the top? Waitin’ waitin’ waitin’. I don’t know exactly how this is played, but it can’t be that different from the brand of rummy I play. Either way, it doesn’t look like something you want to be caught with when the other guy goes out.

No, the cards at the top were the computer’s hand. I won that round, and ultimately the game.

Ha! I do like to play Gin in person. I’ll take a look at the app. During our kids’ visit over Christmas, my daughter and I played a lot of Gin and Demon.
