It won’t hurt your brain.
I promise.

As much as I enjoy my craft cocktails and beer, if I could only drink one thing it would have to be fresh brewed unsweetened iced tea with a wedge of lemon.
I don’t drink coffee, so tea is my mainstay pick me up. Lower in caffeine and full of healthy antioxidants, I love it and drink it every day regardless of the weather.
How about you?
One beverage, forever.
Go!

Iced tea and lemon is my goto drink at restaurants… once in a while, they try to slip me some of that instant tea. I don’t drink it much now because of kidney issues. So, now, it’s nothing but clean, pure gin for me…

I’m going with tea as well. Sweet, please, hot with milk, cold without. I’m drinking a cup right now.

I like my hot tea with a little honey, but no milk.

I like honey in iced tea. Looks like motor oil, tastes like a slow, easy afternoon on the porch.

Homemade cappuccino with a dash or real cream. Aside from the pets, it’s the only thing I miss when I travel.

I love unsweetened iced tea, just like you, but I’m so sensitive to caffeine that I can’t have it after 2pm. SO, if I had to choose ONE thing, it would have to be good old (boring) H2O.
I do love carbonated water too, but man, does it cause me to burp like a drunkard. 🤪

That’s funny because I can’t drink it in the afternoon either, unless I want to be up all night. That’s why I have a pitcher of iced decaf in the fridge as well.

Iced tea keeps me up too! I used to be able to drink a pot of coffee and sleep right after, but 8oz of tea would keep me up all night.
Now that I’m not working, I don’t care and will drink iced tea at any hour!

I brew both. Regular and decaf.

Tea. Hot, with monk fruit sweetener depending on the kind of tea. I don’t understand putting milk in tea – I should think it would be like drinking watery warm milk. My current tea of choice is Yorkshire, and it’s very sharp so I need a dash of sweetener. I really do prefer coffee in the mornings, really I do but if you make me choose then I’ll deal with tea in the morning so as to have tea the rest of the day.

I can’t put milk in tea either. I like strong well steeped tea.

I drink it strong too, two PG Tips to a large mug. That’s the only way it will stand up to the milk.

I drink water mostly, still or sparkling. I do like tea when it’s cold, though. Andy Andy makes me a cappuccino in the morning, which is nice.

Vietnamese coffee…which is like a strong espresso with condensed milk over ice.

Uncreatively, ice cold water with a strawberry flavor pack.

I infused a pitcher of water with fresh sliced strawberries this summer. It was amazing.

My coworkers freaked when they’d bring me a Viet or Thai coffee and I’d suck the whole thing down before they got to their chair in the next cube. Me likey!!!

Sparkling water with a lime wedge. This is my go to everyday, but if I could pick a second, it would be fresh brewed unsweetened coconut iced tea.

Coconut iced tea? Do tell…

Regular brewed tea and then add coconut syrup and voila! Coconut iced tea. I get the syrup from Amazon. The brand is called DaVinci Gourmet Naturals coconut syrup, it sweetens it just a tad, not overly sweet. And gives it a hint of coconut flavor, but make sure you get the one with the white and green label. There is one with a red, black and white label from the same brand and its virtually flavorless.

Fresh brewed, unsweetened ice tea with my choice of artificial sweetner, and a slice of lemon…ok…TWO slices of lemon.🍋🍋

Wow, this is a toughie, because I like unsweet tea, Vitawater, and zero sugar raspberry tea…..BUT…since I have to choose one, it would be ICE blackberry.

Have you ever tried Hint water? It’s infused with fruit but with no sweeteners. They have a good blackberry…

I have found most of those infused water things not to my liking. There just isn’t enough flavor to interest me.

I get that. They aren’t strongly flavored…

Thx for the 411 – I’ve wondered about Hint.
I sometimes use flavor drops or Crystal Light pkts but I’m starting to think I’m allergic to asparatime.

I detest artificial sweeteners and avoid all of them. Hints flavors are subtle, just be sure to get the originals. I think they’ve come out with a sweetened line as well.

Wow, that’s also my 2nd fave drink – gotta be unsweetened!!
Practical answer: Water.
Flavor answer: Espresso martinis from The Gopher Bar in dtla.

While Water is probably the obvious answer, I need Caffeine for Headaches so I have to say Cola. Preferably Coca-Cola
