Your mention of the “Bush compound” leads me to a question of rich people terminology…is a “compound” more impressive than an “estate”? Is an estate just a big fancy house and a compound a grouping of them?

There are multiple cottages on the estate, including one for the secret service… but yes I think there are a required number of zeros involved with the label compound.
