My knee is throbbing with pain, Lord Dudley Mountcatten just raced off the linoleum to vomit on the carpet and I tried to have a bowl of cereal this morning but the milk had turned.
Number 9 for me.

Sorry to hear all that. Mango does that, too – it’s like she thinks she’s being a good girl by making sure to vomit on the entry rug in the mudroom rather than the easily cleaned mudroom floor.
I’m a “2” right now. Teachers have to go in all day, but there are no students today, I got out of a pointless meeting that someone was trying to foist upon me, and I have most of the day to get my work stuff done!!!!!

I’m feeling 5 – I think. It’s too early to tell. My cats used to do the same and it just occurred to me that maybe carpet makes them think(?) of outside – dirt /grass and stuff. My knee hasn’t been acting up much thankfully but I have SIRVA in my left shoulder since October and p/t is the only possible treatment and that isn’t guaranteed so I may have this for the rest of my life. It hurts. A lot.

I admit I had to look up SIRVA, but damn. It sounds awful and completely preventable. That’s got to be beyond aggravating, so sorry.

Number 1, for a change. My super manager called me to tell that I didn’t need to extend for work. That I should go home on time. I know–still can’t believe it 😅

😀 I know! Apparently, she finally checked the time on one of the end-of-day mails I sent and she realised it was way out of my working hours. 🙂 I was so glad for the intervention.

8 for me, I have a severe inner ear (in both ears) and mild bronchial infection. The only good thing is the doctor said for me to stay home Thursday and Friday. I’m glad to stay home from that shit show of a job right now.

I think #4, as I get the impression she isn’t quite sure what the case is, but for me it hasn’t been too bad so far. Not a perfect start, but not awful either.
