Is there nothing it can’t cure?

Have you ever tried mushroom coffee?

I didn’t know it was a thing until my Facebook page started exploding with ads for the damned stuff.

I don’t drink coffee so I’m not apt to try it, but if you believe their ads this miracle beverage is like a Ginsu knife from the 70’s… it does everything.

Impressive.

Though if I was the lady on the left I think I’d contact a doctor before reaching for mushroom coffee.

  1. Honestly, it seems they don’t know what it really does, so if you don’t lose weight and have lesser knee pain, you will be happy. Or at least if you are spending less time for poop, you will still be happy! 🤣

  2. I was gifted a different brand of mushroom coffee. I tried it, I wasn’t impressed because it’s mushrooms mixed with actual coffee. Not coffee made from mushrooms, as one would think. It does taste somewhat like coffee but has very earthy, aftertaste which I didn’t care for as I drink coffee daily.

  3. I read a book called Entangled Life about fungi. The author talks about things scientists think fungi might be able to do—clean up pollution, and even make environmentally friendly building material. But he’s emphatic that the research is just starting and the potential might not pan out. So I’ll wait to see if mushroom coffee is what it promises. Ginzu knives turned out to not be that great.
