My puppy freezes when he sees me paparazzing him. The look in his eyes is hilarious. So I have to be extra sneaky to get shots in. 😀

This post has made me miss my cat (god rest his soul). It hasn’t made me miss all of the scratch marks all down the back of the sofa though. We went through 3 sofas in his 11 years with us.

We lost our last one 2 years ago and had been pet less for a while. It’s definitely easier.. and cleaner .. but they bring so much joy to a home.

We are thinking of getting another cat….before we replace the sofa, rug and carpets. Need to assess how much of a ‘scratcher’ it’s going to be before committing to furniture. The scratching post was just used as a supplementary.

I bought 3 different scratching things for this guy but he wouldn’t use any of them. Thankfully he’s not much of a scratcher.
