.
Our second stroll with Lord Dudley Mountcatten happened yesterday….
.

.
And while attaching the harness was still as enjoyable as wrestling a moray eel….
.

.
His Highness didn’t seem quite so angry this time around.
.

.
Of course that didn’t mean he cooperated. Walking a cat is more challenging than you might think.
.

.
To be honest, there’s not a whole lotta walking going on.
.

.
But at least his Lordship got some fresh air.
.
*glutton for punishment…*

Easier than walking a dog who has to stop at each blade of grass!!!

I beg to differ. Dudley stops at every blade… and sits.

I don’t think the hubs is walking his Lordship, I think his Lordship is walking your hubs….🤗🤣😝

I trained my first cat to do that and she walked me. She had to lead. My other cat played Tiger In The Bushes at the end of the leash while I sat on a step, nearby.

That’s how Tigger was ~ he led to a point he wanted to investigate and whoever was at the other end of the leash found a step to sit on. 😀

I’m discovering there’s a whole lotta sitting involved in cat walking .

Once Tigger got used to being on a leash, he looked forward to his forays in the great outdoors.

My husband is hoping we’ll get there as well.

Mocha went “flat cat” the first 3 times I put a harness on him. I don’t recall how long it was before he started exploring. I was amused to learn neighbors were calling me insane for walking a cat! I only did it for a couple months, to ensure he knew his neighborhood.

That’s what I’m thinking. If we ever decide to let him out on his own.

Dudley, man, they’re treating you like a dog! Literally! Plot revenge. Contact Agent Mama Red for assistance…

He’s actually quite light hearted… until the harness is strapped on.
