But the other day he stepped it up a notch.

I walked by and saw he had climbed the ladder the contractor left behind and apparently found himself the perfect bird watching perch.

Perfect until he tried to get down that is.

.
After laughing and filming his blog worthy attempt… I rescued his silly butt and lowered him to the floor.
Unharmed, but definitely embarrassed.

i always say i was a cat in another life. and that video makes it even more apparent. i constantly need help in getting down from high places (mountains, ladders, amusement rides). luckily, i have yet to be filmed. ❤

You know Tucker has occasions where he gets himself into some position or predicament he can’t get out of. It’s quite pitiful the way he stands there with those puppy eyes and begins whining… 😎
What would we do without our pets… Certainly our blogs would be much less entertaining. 😎

I didn’t think it’s possible to embarrass a cat. He was probably still in a state of high dudgeon from his failed attempt to get down.

Two of my cats routinely jump down from a height taller than me. Two others almost never jump up yo anything (use stairs to get on my bed). The rest are in-between.

Poor bugger, if he was an outdoor cat he’d be balancing on paper thin fences and jumping up and off them. He needs a daredevil gymnastics room set up.
