I was taught that the robin song is “Cheerio!”, but “What the fuck?” seems to work with the same notes.

We’re right on the edge of Amish Country, and buggies are much more prominent when we head west. I just root for everyone to be safe while riding in them. Drivers are sometimes not tolerant of the “speed.”

I agree with some aspects of Amish life, but I don’t know much about it. The horse shoes are interesting. Lovely snippets of your surroundings.

There’s a surprisingly sizable Amish population in Wisconsin, which I was not expecting.

We have about 1,000, but most of them are farther north so I’m always surprised to see them.
