Oh, duuude, you’re missing out!! Midori is a wonderful honeydew flavor and makes great cocktails…. such as Midori Sour, or Sex on a Pooltable (Sex on the Beach, but use Midori instead of Peach Schnapps).

This drink looks pretty and sounds delicious. We’ve got a lime and some club soda in the house, but the other ingredients… not so much. Happy St Paddy’s Day ☘️

My mother’s maiden name was Jameson! She was a wee bit touched as they say, as I’m a bit fay, as they say but nary a whiskey drinker in the lot!

No Jamesons in our family but I learned a bit about Irish Catholics when I went to my uncle’s funeral and wake. They served shots of Jameson’s in the Catholic church.

Sorry I’m late. I don’t feast Saint Patrick on his day, too much forcible proselytizing. My love and admiration for Ireland and her people know no bounds. So, in honor of this great land, I got up in front of my guitar dojo friends and gave ’em a pretty good rendition of “The Foggy Dew”. I was asked if I was Irish. I’m not, not even a little, but it’s a rebel song and I am a rebel. More on this later

Best Irish cocktail is a pint of Guinness with an Irish whiskey cocktail chaser (3 parts whiskey… and that’s it really). I thought everybody knew that…

Well, being I’m not sure how many generations removed Irish, I’m still stuck on a shamrock in the head of my Guinness and ice in my whiskey (a mortal sin in whisky!) 😊
