.
In my continuing search to bring something unusual to the Antique Roadshow ( should we be chosen ) I submit this possibility.
.

.
It’s a small obscure political booklet that I can’t find anywhere online.
.

.
Privately published in 1938 by a group of ridiculously wealthy Republicans ( one of whom my mother dated in later years ) it’s a scathing satire of FDR and his New Deal policies.
.

.

.

.
I’ve often thought of donating it to the FDR museum at Hyde Park…
.

.
But maybe a trip to the Roadshow should come first.
.
Maybe, but it’s an interesting find.

Definitely of historical interest and ridiculously over-the-top. The idea of capital being subject to abuse is weird enough, but equating FDR with Hitler is about as absurd as one can get.

The odd and unusual factor ranks high…

Wow, that is definitely a piece of historical memorabilia for sure. I’d take it to the ARS to see what they have to say. Great find!

This is cool. I like the Frozen poem. Seems as applicable back then as today.

Wow. This really IS an unusual find! So strange that you can’t find anything on it via the web, which is rare!

I mean, as far as parodies go, “Heil” is a pretty clever note-for-note take on “Hark! The Herald, Angels Sing.” Catchy AF actually.

Well, with your current President talking about ‘a third term’ I’d say it’s about time to get your pencils out River, and get on it…
