Winter is here.

I love winter.

I love the snow and the quiet beauty of a white frosted landscape.

And thanks to menopausal internal heating, I don’t even mind the cold anymore.

Though things got a bit extreme earlier this month.

He thinks he likes winter, until his feet hit the snow after our first storm…

And he makes a beeline back to the kitchen door.

Winter makes for some interesting parking mishaps as well, though I have no idea what happened here.

I think we’ve had more snow this month than we had all last winter.

  4. The snowfall video looks great. We’ve been stuck around 40º F for a week. Our snow is almost gone. Did you actually clear a path so His Lordship can walk on the grass? If there was any doubt before, now we really know who runs that household. (And how is it that the RealFeel temperature is warmer than the actual temperature? I’ve never seen that in winter – especially without sunshine.)

    BTW – your video appears as embedded for me. I can only embed video if I upload it to YouTube and then embed it from there. Directly embedding video costs more than I’m willing to pay to WordPress.

    1. No, the path is shoveled so we can reach the bird feeders, cat walking is a short lived, happy by product.
      And I used to be able to drop myYouTube videos in, but WP won’t let me anymore. Dropped this one in from my files, and yes… it costs more than it’s worth.
