Another ball has dropped.

As we say goodbye to 2025 and turn the corner on another crazy 12 months, let me wish all my WordPress friends and loyal readers a very…

I don’t make new year’s resolutions as I’m tired of disappointing myself by not eating healthier, losing weight or being nicer to idiots, but I will drop this slightly motivational picture …

  1. Happy New Year to you, the husband, and the cats and of course, all the deer and squirrels that inhabit your yard. I find that losing weight helps lately as the husband can’t digest certain foods so our diet has changed. I returned to the gym-Mike’s present and it is a beautiful rec center 2x a week. I will go swimming again, as long as it is not 55 degrees out like today. My husband is down to his post army weight and I am trying to keep up. It should be an interesting New Year but today is starting off really good with both of us walking the pugs and noticing a frost on the roof in Florida. Whew! A little cold feels good!

  2. It’s hard to define what a good year would be for me – not losing a friend or loved one is high on the list for sure. Staying healthy. A lot of blogging friends dropped off last year – I hope they’re well and come back. I hope you keep it up because you’re a great photographer and you have the knack for producing short but interesting posts. Your hubby and kitty are lucky indeed!

  3. I have always said as long as we have hope, we have what we need to push forward. Hope does spring eternal. I enter each New Year thinking it will be better than the one departing, and I’ll actively do what I can to make that happen…and hope good luck and fortune will come along for the ride.
