Remember I blogged about our neighbor giving us 3 free trees….
And the fact that he planted a row of 54 on his property across the street?
Well, yesterday…
He added a little something to those trees.
Okay a lot of something.
And it was quite…. how shall I say?
Pungent.

You’d have to be on death’s door not to smell this!

I was always taught that you don’t manure where you eat!!

Our neighbor does not abide by that rule…

If that manure came from the Maine steakhouse — I mean statehouse — those trees are either dead meat, or will thrive.

I smell your pain. When I lived in a small German village there were tons of vegetable fields interspersed among all the houses. Spring time was stink time.

Welcome to my world. Multiply that by 10. 20′ outside your bedroom window. Fermented since January and spread in July. With 90*+ heat. And no A/C. Ya, that’s why I live where I live now. I told my real estate agent to find me something NOW.
