The advantage of having the bird feeder twelve inches away from the patio door. Open enough for people to get in and out. Close enough for the cats to be part of the action. Oh, how easily the wild ones learn when the hunters are trapped behind glass walls. They come right up to the windows and peer right in, a quarter inch away from certain death, yet they know they are perfectly safe. They tease the cats to no end, and the cats cannot resist trying to catch them….

Our birds visit the feeders at a distance and then land on the deck railing to tease his Royal Highness. Mad cackling can be heard throughout the land…

The second shot of him, now that’s a glare of displeasure, lol. Does he shed a lot of fur? Because I see him on all your furniture and I’m jealous. Charlie’s sheds fur like crazy and in turn drives me crazy, I’m Swiffering almost all day long….ugh.

Archie and Betty aren’t all that interested, the back of the chair is just a good place to sleep. Otto may be a different story. Next time we get a visit from a mouse all will be revealed.

This morn I opened the bathroom window so cats can sunbathe. 5 min later, Leeloo climbed the screen and, worried kitties will pop the screen put, I closed the window.
