News you can’t use.

And if you can use it? I’m a little afraid..

Hope you’ve had breakfast already…

Sorry Kendall.

For the good of the general public, my girls will continue to be well restrained.

We once had a cat climb into our neighbor’s truck, but thankfully he only made it to the end of the cul de sac. Clearly Sox is a better traveler.

I have problem feet and though I didn’t hear word from on high, bought a pair of Birkenstocks… which are both ugly and uncomfortable.

Just in time for my husband to go back to work.

The FAA is having a hard enough time regulating drone flight… grandmas flying to Wal Mart is a headache they really don’t need.

  1. My record for kidney stones is a little over two inches. May not be a world’s record but it was enough for me. Eight surgeries to get that all the way out…

Oh, and I was convinced and have ditched my bra…

  2. That stone??? Uhm….Nope, that would not have passed. SO, my Birks…I bought my pair in 2017 (my 2nd pair in my life) in Montana. I have problem feet, too. They are so “molded” to me, I can’t imagine wearing anything else. But compared to some of my family member’s fascination with Crocs, I feel more “fashionable”; jus’ sayin’. Yay for my Birks! I remember my back hurting for a while before I broke them in!

      1. Aw, yes, the most painful surgery I ever had in 2002. I can’t wear anything around my toes. My birks are two straps across the top, for some reason, my bunion(s) aren’t issues (even after the terrible surgery in which my foot was broken and “let’s shave off this bunion” didn’t FIX the bunion or the one on the right that I now have?). I lucked out with my pair! I have to so darn picky with my shoes. I’ll eat crackers and wear 20 year old t-shirts, but my shoes are the most expensive items I’ve had. Ugh.

  3. The story in the 70s was a cat hopped a Greyhound bus in Winnipeg, travelled 1500 miles to Vancouver, was spotted in the terminal there, then returned home to Winnipeg where he was discovered in the terminal suffering from dehydration. 3000 miles round trip, on his own. No idea what his bame was, but like Sox, he was red (or orange, depending on how you categorise that colour of cat.)
My own red cat, when I was a kid, left home after his btother was killed by a car. There were sightings in the area, but he stsyed away for over two years. The day we were moving he suddenly reappeared, jumped up on the moving truck, and, moved across the city. The next year there was a sharp rise in the birth of red kittens around our new home.

  4. Sox sounds like a great cat, or troublesome for his owner. I’d be worried sick if I knew Charlie would just take off on me to travel! A flying car huh? I thought they’d look more like the ones in the Jettsons, lol.
