Not sure I’d call it magic, but the batter was certainly… frothy.

And it was definitely the easiest thing I’ve ever made.

Pineapple angel food cake.

.
Not overly magical.
.
.
But tasty all the same.
Thus was sweet enough for me without frosting, but you do you.

I certainly hope so. Today is her birthday. The ingredients (all 2 of them) have been purchased. They will be mixed in a few short hours. It’s B-Day in High Level. 🤞🤞🤞

It definitely is. Personally, I wouldn’t eat it with frosting… that would be way too sweet.
