Are you like me?
Not able to scroll past an easy new recipe you see online?
If so, let me save you the trouble.
.

.
I found this the other day and tried it last night.
.

.
Since I won’t buy those horrible bacon bits and was out of real, I opted for garlic powder and parsley.
.

.
With an entire bag of cheddar cheese.
.

.
They looked promising …
.

.
But were actually hard dry lumps. We had to slather half a pound of butter on them just to make them edible.
If you see this recipe? Keep scrolling..
.
Well, at least you tried! And good for your husband at least giving the old college try. Mine would have just said No.

He tends to cringe when I announce a new recipe is coming. But he’s a good sport.

I mean it looked good, but I’m not a huge fan of the Dano’s seasoning. It just had a weird after taste, but that could just be me. Anyway, well, if you did the test kitchen thing for us, I’m grateful that you took one for the team.

I don’t even know what that seasoning is so I substituted garlic powder.

Even the cheese couldn’t save it? That’s a hard pass for me.
