As most people owned by cats know, the world revolves solely around them. Our houses are run exclusively for their comfort and the well being of our furry overlords is our number one priority. That being said, it shouldn’t surprise me the furniture industry has gotten on board.

While Lord Dudley Mountcatten is not a people food eater or beggar, I have a feeling he would enjoy this immensely.

This illustration speaks for itself.
And because no cat post of mine is complete without His Lordship.

I must now stop typing and attend to his needs.

As soon as I can figure out what they are.

Uh-oh, he’s giving you “the look.” So I’m assuming he might not be pleased…lol 🤣

At least it looks like he doesn’t use the sofa as a scratching post! We have to cover every chair, etc.

When we first adopted him he did. But I bought the right scratching post and he only uses that now.

I just noticed that he white spots on His Lordship’s fur resemble (with a little imagination) a butterfly and a hen or rooster — a Holy Trinity, as it were. which only seems fitting for so lordly a creature.

His grey chest fur looks like a villians hands doing that evil finger tapping move.
There are a lot of cool cat products that I haven’t bought solely because I imagined my cats barfing inside them!

I have bought thousands… tens of thousands?… of dollars worth of cool cat products over the years. They usually end up in a yard sale through lack of use.

I end up giving stuff to other cat owners or putting them outside for the strays/ferals and critters (raccoons really like cat toys!)
