I like this movie, as well as most others in the genre, But if you ever do want some disembodied head in your life, Re-Animator is the one for you.

That movie made a big impression on me in my tween/teen years, when they used to show horror films on Sunday afternoons.

She (the head) talks and I think she gets bitchy about not being put on a body. My memory (right or wrong) says her head was saved after a nearby car crash.
