Do you Stonewall?

.

The husband and I made a trip to York recently to visit the Stonewall Kitchen mothership.

.

.

It’s a huge store with a cafe that offers cooking classes as well.

.

.

I’ve always wanted to go because I love their products and this is the only place you can find their entire line in one place. The tasting stations are a helpful way to avoid buying things you don’t like and since the holidays are approaching there were decorations scattered throughout.

.

.

Who knew Santa liked martinis?

🍸

.

.

I admit the husband wasn’t as thrilled with the excursion as I was.

.

.

But he’s enjoying the results all the same.

    1. Two guys started it by selling their mother’s blueberry jam at local flea markets and it morphed into a major company. Sadly they sold out to corporate a few years ago but the products are still great quality.

  1. Well I’ve never heard of that store, it must only be on the East coast, but it look wonderful. I love that Santa ornament, because I love me a great martini! I get a kick out of the pictures you take of Mr. River, he always looks so enthusiastic…NOT!

      1. I’m sixty three, so I think you are a little older. This one kind of makes me think of Johnny Horton, of Sink the Bismarck and Battle of New Orleans fame. Get a few drinks down ya and sing along!

  2. Oh, NOMNOMNOMNOM!!!
But do you have any money left? They aren’t exactly cheap!

I adore the martini santa!! I wonder if this will be the year I get my booty back over to Roger’s Gardens and their annual display/sale of thousands of glass ornaments. I regret never having bought the budda-santa (nearly $50, 10+ yrs ago).
