When you’ve been happily married for 41 years, Valentine’s Day passes quietly. A few cards, some flowers and a kiss usually suffice. We tend to avoid the overcrowded restaurants offering kitschy two for one meals and definitely bypass heart themed gifts.
Like these made for men.

Laser engraved meat.
How romantic.

.
Because nothing says I love you like highly salted and over processed meat petals.

Yeah..,
No.
I won’t be giving my guy any of these items, but please make sure to blog about it if you do.
.
Damn I am sure there will be girls out there rushing for those items be not so much 🙂 A card and kiss and maybe a new hot sauce though.

🤢 No thanks on the jerky. Our V-day will be homemade cards, her favorite meal cooked by me Meatloaf & sliced potatoes with onion on the side, finished with sharing 10.7 OZ of Telenti Cookies & Cream Layered Gelato

I’ll admit, had I known about the meat bouquet before we went veg, I might have considered it. Now, of course, unthinkable.

I prefer bouquets less meaty.

I suppose there’s always the Edible Arrangements fruit and chocolate bouquets. Healthy, delicious, romantic, and slaughter-free.

I’ve sent a few of those in the past, but they’re unavailable in our area now.

I’ll pass. If I buy anything edible, it will be chocolate.

Is this the new Incel mandate? Real men can’t have chocolate or flowers? White men, are you okay?!

No flowers, no cards, no meat etchings for us. V-Day is just another day.

Our Valentine’s Day consists of cards. If I give my husband a card, and he forgot, he’s embarrassed!

I actually wouldn’t mind receiving that “Naughty Meat Hearts” box from my girlfriend 😅

I haven’t celebrated Valentine’s Day in the last 8 years. Guess that’s one advantage/disadvantages to being Single.

Yeah, I think I will order one and send it to a Vegan. You know, really send that message “I care”
