Of course we weren’t the only ones looking.

And after a wonderful ten minutes or so…

He swooped for a mouse…

But came up empty handed.
Or should that be empty taloned…?

Awesome that you got all these fantastic pictures. I have never seen this owl in reality. They look almost unreal…like a cartoon character!! The only one I have seen is the tiny one that we call a “Screech Owl”.
