Little harsh to call Soft Cell one hit wonders. I recall they had many hits over here. As for flying… whisky (no water) all the way!

I did once get seriously ill from airline coffee. It took weeks of treatment to get well.

About the coffee and tea on a plane, wow and yuck. Did you know Tainted Love was a cover? It was first recorded in 1964 by Gloria Jones. It was a hit in the 80’s because Soft Cell put a synthesizer, techno spin on it. And I’m with you, I don’t think that was the best song of the 80’s.

I love your sunrises. Amazing. Yes, Disco Duck was awful. I’ve never had coffee on a plane because I assumed it would be awful too. Now I know for sure!

I’m safe too. I really wanted a Bloody Mary on my flight home, but while Alaska Airlines had vodka, they did not have Bloody Mary mix or even tomato juice. Lame!

Aww, I always order coffee when I fly Air Canada. It’s always hot and tastes fresh. Plus they serve these chocolate covered cookies (umm, biscuits? If the package is correct) which practically beg for coffee or tea with them. Maybe they actually clean the water tanks on their jets. Or the mold makes the water taste better. 🤢

Anna has learned how to make a lot of drinks since becoming a flight attendant, especially working in first class. One drink she said not to order: milk. They only have a little on hand for coffee. 🤣
