I wonder how high your Blood Alcohol Content has to be to prove fatal to a mosquito.
And can mosquitoes get drunk?

Years ago, I read that mosquitos are attracted to humans who consume carbs, so the beer theory makes sense. Did you see the headline about catnip repelling mosquitos better than Deet?!?

No.
But I could swipe some of His Lordship’s and try it…

Hmm…I am not a beer drinker, and yet, mosquitoes feast on me ravenously. I can’t imagine their attacks being any worse, but just in case, I will continue to give Miller Lite a wide berth.

Ha. I just chose that one at random because, Wisconsin. Though it is my go-to beer chaser when I order a Bloody Mary. (I don’t entirely avoid beer, but unless it’s a sour, I’ll never just order a glass of the stuff.)

I am so safe from mosquitos, LOL. (Also, I’ve only squished one so far this year. The joys of living in SoCal.)
