They are super cute but also super dangerous (teeth/jaws that can crack shellfish). River otters might be a teensy bit nicer than sea otters. I place in San Diego offers (offered) an in-pool river otter encounter but the last time that I looked (at least a year ago) it was $600 and every session sold out in seconds.
Isle B.C. (Vancourver Island, British Columbia, Canada. I could not resist the pun.)
When Stanley Park ln Vancouver had a zoo area, otters were one of the main attractions, along with the Emperor Penguins. Free to get in, I would spend whole afternoons there just watching both species play,
The otters home was like a castle with windows (to me, I am exaggerating) with a 4′ deep moat around it (real). When active the otters would chase each other on land and in the water, splashing each other, just having fun.
If you give us a chance someday, I will tell you about the penguins.
One of our otters was named Betty White, because she donated a lot to the aquarium. The human Betty White was allowed into the exhibit (unlike us mere mortals who were only allowed to interact with the otters through holes in the plexiglass, and only by special ticket and with multiple handlers present).
I’ve never seen an otter. I would love to see one!

$600 to meet an otter?
Yikes.

Multiple otters and playing with them in a pool, with a bunch of strangers.

For comparison, the aquarium backstage tour + feeding (& holding hands with) sea otters through holes in plexiglass was (I think) about $300 in 2016.

Seems a bit of an elitist policy to me, but I am sure Betty loved it.

Well, given the amount if time & money that she donated, I think it’s reasonable to consider Better White elite!

I would say F because I always feel a foot behind with my hip until I get the exercise in and even then, I am like. Gotta go, or do this and that.

But F is cute, so that’s okay.
