The sad part? This was far more entertaining than most of the 5,000 TV channels that are streaming into this house. I guess I need to do some culling and just sign up for the [blanked out] Facebook feed… 😉

If I recall correctly, your hubby is a liberal Democrat. John Wayne was far right, so either hubby doesn’t know that, or (more likely) is able to ‘compartmentalize’ and not let politics sour how he views his ‘heroes.’ The latter disposition is probably beyond what most ‘righties’ are willing to entertain, so kudos to hubby.
