Well, I do love me some ‘shrooms.

I saw an article the other day that made me look twice.

I’m extremely environmentally conscious, so color me intrigued.

Grandma = a nice Marsala sauce?

Stranger things have happened. ( To me anyway, you might lead a normal life. )

All kidding aside, why not?

$1,350?

We paid a lot more for my father in law’s coffin… and ain’t nobody going to harvest that for risotto.

  1. I’m all for green burials, which is an option on the island where I live. I don’t think this pricey coffin is necessary though. The option I would like is to be buried in a biodegradable cloth shroud. Basically a burlap or cotton sack is all that is needed.

  2. I love these innovations. Very profitable too – because business will always be booming. If decomposition rate could be increased it would be even better, especially the bones which are so rich in phosphates. There’s Nepalese who put bodies up on the mountains for the vultures to eat (some wonderful guano there which would desperately be needed), and I recall that some Indigenous peoples used to put expired persons up in trees… but I imagine they’d drip, which is a bit um … icky.
