Fabulous! A hand tossed wood fired chicken Florentine pizza for me, grilled sea scallop salad with candied pecans and strawberry vinaigrette for the husband.
Life. It finally seems to be getting back to normal.

Out here, white sangia is often made with tequila instead of wine. That was a shock to learn via tasting!!

I love perusing cocktail menus and playing the what-if game. For me, it’s gotta be the margarita…though that Tom Collins is a close second.

We went out for Happy Hour yesterday at the Compass Bar & Chill that opened during the pandemic. Normal = good!
