A little bit of nothing much, and me.

The only state that beats us is Alaska, but since I’m still experiencing the hot flashes from Hell? That’s fine by me.

Me.

Because I realized I haven’t posted a selfie in a while and I have nothing better to share today.

      1. I never liked being a redhead growing up, but I never wanted to be blond. I wanted jet black hair. Now, though, as my auburn turns gray, I wish I were blond! Your grays aren’t even noticeable, and even when they are, they blend in so seamlessly. Blonds really DO have more fun! 😦

      2. Do I look blonde? It must be the sun. My hair is more a chesnutty brown. My mother said I had red hair as a baby, but I embrace the grey and have never dyed. I’ve earned them!

      3. Few people feel old. The mind is an amazing thing. But the “older” we get, the less the body is able to keep up with the mind. And that is the irony of life!

      4. Hey, there are days I feel like 80 too. Unfortunately those days are few and far between because I’m well past 80, when I was actually living “the good old days.” 😉

      1. There’s so much shit skeetin’ around in my mind, some days I’m doing well to remember my name. I’m actually pretty good at faces, though I can struggle a bit with hooking up the names. I can do “The guy from the thing” pretty well, even after a span of years. The names usually show up later, so I can sit up in bed at 3AM, screaming “F. MURRAY ABRAHAMMMM!” It’s good to sleep at the far end of the house. And, by the way, I could definitely pick you out of a line-up, even without the French manicure. Wah!

      2. I do that as well… go through the alphabet and try to stick on a certain letter. No lie, I once woke the husband up at 2:30am by yelping PETER LAWFORD!!!!
        🤣

  1. His Lordship is as cute as ever, and his servant is just beautiful!! Gosh River, going on 60 my ass! lol As someone else commented, you can’t even see grey hair, which is the way to go. Transition naturally and it looks great because you never dyed your hair.

    1. It’s funny because I bumped into a relative recently that I hadn’t seen in 10 years… and the first thing out of her mouth? ‘Omg, you’re grey.’ So believe me, it’s there. And yes, I turned 59 in December.
