.
Every day we’re bombarded with terrible news.
School shootings, plane crashes, natural disasters, war…. but this article I read the other day might be the one to push me over the proverbial edge.
.

.
And it’s more serious than having an uncanny resemblance to our funky window insulation.
.

.
Read on for some truly horrible news.
.

.
Say it isn’t so!
I love Camembert, Brie and Blue….
.

.
This isn’t bad news, it’s catastrophic.
My world will not be the same without the soft ripened loveliness of a creamy Brie or the pungent marbled goodness of blue.
😩
.
I’d be blue without those cheeses, too.
Can I come over and nibble on your windowsills? If you need to check with the hubby first, go for it!

As a public service, I’ll agree to grow some fungus at my house. Just don’t tell me limburger is at risk.

On behalf of cheese lovers everywhere, thank you. When Limburger becomes hard to find, your neighbors may not feel the same level of gratitude.

I read that awhile ago, including a bit about other microbes being available to make cheese that is only minutely different.

Seriously!?!? My go to goey cheese is Brie. On a French baguette with a glass of good red wine! I’m incensed, I’m pissed… not my cheese!!!

I don’t like this cheese news either. I’m with you, I enjoy Camembert, Brie ,and Blue. Life without Roquefort? *le sigh*
