News you can’t use.

You can’t use it, but read it anyway.

Damn!

Now I really feel old.

.

.

Yes. Someone stole a huge batch of cooked and picked lobster meat that was headed for Costco.

Talk about your giant lobster roll!

Worst. Denial. Ever!

The poor beast, look how embarrassed he is.

.

.

And yes, my husband does every single one of them. Cold calling, long texts, butt dialing, and accidental flashlight.

.

.

As far as I’m concerned, this attack is completely justifiable.

  1. Wait, I don’t get cold calling. Do you mean it’s not ok to just call someone out of the blue? What are you supposed to do instead? Text someone and say “I’m going to call you now”? Or does cold calling have some sort of Gen Z meaning that I don’t know about.
Also, younger people can suck it. They can deny it all they want, but everyone butt dials once in a while.

    1. Apparently Gen Z prefers digital communication to vocal.
“They value authenticity and efficiency, viewing sudden, unprompted calls as a potential “red flag” (a sign of something bad) rather than a “green flag” (a positive signal).”
Please. Get over your precious selves.

  2. Lobstah is pricy as heck, especially in land locked places like where I live. Although Costco is reasonable as far as prices go, the lobster is still on the high end. You know, the younger generation just constantly complain about the others that came before them. I tell all three of my millennial sons to cut their crap because they are headed down the same road and one day, their kids will be giving them crap as well, for being old ass millennials. I love it when I say that and see their faces….PRICELESS!

  3. The first article is somewhat misleading, as many of the people in Billy Joel’s song were already dead even when “We Didn’t Start the Fire” was first released. I don’t know the exact number though and don’t have the time for that particular deep dive.

  4. I was in the waiting room at the doctor’s office this morning. I was scrolling through X and an obnoxious political video popped up on blast and I couldn’t turn it off. One of the assistants at the front desk came out and turned it off for me.
