He surely is a handsome devil.

Strutting out of the woods with his son.

Always wary of the neighbor’s dogs.

And the crazy lady with the camera.

The time of year I worry about him is almost upon us.

And as much as autumn is my favorite season….

.
It brings with it rifles and bullets and trophy hunters.
.

.
And I’ll fear for our beautiful visitors.
OMG…they are beautiful! I hope they make it through the season!

Here’s keeping my fingers crossed, they are too beautiful to lose to asshole hunters that do it for sport, not necessity.

Just having some fun. There is no way to equate beauty queen and rifles, bullets. Perhaps trophy hunters and when men marry up or trade on….just having some fun. Beautiful pictures. We have lots of alligators here.

Get some camo’s and hunt the hunter. No great loss, plenty more where that came from…

I will never understand hunting for sport. Never…

Me neither. And while I’m fully aware of my hypocrisy in eating meat, I’ll never understand taking pleasure in the actual killing.
