Dudley – 4. River – 0.

.

Remember the extra high sided cat box I ordered for Dudley to stop him from scattering litter on the floor?

.

.

Yeah.

.

.

I had two full days of no mess before he showed me exactly what he thought of that. So the battle continues…

.

.

And I’ve been assured this new product I ordered will solve the problem.

.

.

Well, that cat certainly looks happy.

.

.

And heck, if Dudley will start scooping his own poop? It’s money well spent.

.

.

Although the featured feline family is looking a tad too Stepford Wives for my peace of mind. Stay tuned….

* gulp *

  1. “As they happen” seems like it would require a lot of patience and good luck. I’d rather watch Netflix or jam with my punk band, Pee Mortar, than wait around for my cat to drop a deuce.

      1. Ah, so you’re in the experimental phase. Have you tried a plain cardboard box? Bet it’ll work better than a fancy litter box.

  2. Maybe it’s time to look into training him to use the toilet. The downside of that is if he’s using it when you’ve got to go you might end up using the litter box, and then if anyone comes over they’ll wonder what in the world you’re feeding your cat.

  3. You could pour concrete in that litter box, and the cat is still going to have it everywhere. I gave up a long time ago, so my spare room now has its own beach. I am reminded of my foolish friends who try every trick in the book to keep squirrels out of the birdfeeders…. I believe this is a problem without an absolute solution. As someone who’s always paid attention to advertising, that “dramatically reduces” phrase looks like weasel words that make any claim attached to it worthless.
