.
She’s back.
.

.
And this time she brought reinforcements.
.

.
She was running to and fro, across our deck, up and over the roof.
.

.
Plotting her next invasion location.
.

.
But the worst part?
Look….
.

.
She’s trying to recruit the grey squirrels!
.
Our dog would hate this. Or love this. I’m not quite sure. Part of me wonders if all of his barking at our resident squirrel is a secret love affair.

I enjoy the grey squirrels. But the reds are horribly destructive…

She might have learned her lesson after last year’s forcible eviction. We see her around but she hasn’t nested in our buildings.

The grey’s are ignoring her plot to take over Casa River, you can see it in their tiny little faces.

I’m so happy to see her! I was a little worried for a while there. Here’s something you may be interested in… On a tv show the other night (on Scotland) I learned that the grey squirrels carry a disease that decimates the red squirrel population (hence their attempts to protect them). Probably happy news for you!
