Admit it, you’ve got nothing else to do.

As a voracious reader, this is an easy one for me…
Books!
.

.
In our house there are numerous stacks (and bags and crates and shelves and closets and boxes, well you get the idea) filled with books and I have never… not once in my life, ever thought I had enough.
.

.
So how about you?
What can’t you stop buying…
.
Yep. That is me, too. I took my stove out and will replace it with a bookcase or put one in my closet. That’s almost all I own and I hate to part with them. I dread losing the written word.

Removing the stove for books? That’s hard core!

I have a slight weakness for those. Lemon reamers, garlic presses, zoodle curlers…

SHOES! But I bet you knew that, but books fight for that position too. I love books as much as I love shoes 📖📚📙

If I were a Republican, I’d say I can’t stop buying Trump’s lies. As for the rest of us, apparently we can’t stop paying the cost.

The title of the post is play… you know, for fun. Trump is a lot of things, but fun isn’t one of them.

Omg… last night I hated having cats!, loved the cats themselves but I needed alone time and quiet and SLEEP. They were bugging me one by one… wanting out about 5 min apart, same for coming back in. Walking on me. Demanding petting. They were working my nerves!

When cats want attention? They can be demanding little buggers.

1. Catfood. If I ever ran out of catfood our precious kids might look for another home. 2. Cat litter. The used food has to go somewhere…

That’s a good one. I have a kitchen cabinet full of cat food and an auxiliary stash just in case. No one wants a feline revolt.

Being we can easily be housebound for weeks, we have two full cupboards, and two separate stashes. We buy boxes of litter 10 at a time. Our biggest worry is that none of the cats knows how to use the can opener should we be unable to return home for some horrendous reason. They can break into the bag of kibble if they need to, for awhile, but they much prefer canned food. All my one queane really wants is just the gravy. Chewing is beneath her. (The vet says her teeth are in good shape, so it isn’t because she can’t chew. Just doesn’t want to I guess. I think she worries about her figure!)

I make a point never to buy the flaked, grilled or tender morsel variety. Every cat we’ve ever had licked all the gravy and left the meat.

We get one variety only for Diabola, everything else is a pate. Fortunately, for us, the other five eat the shreds she leaves behind. But seeing as she is the senior citizen, we spoil her.

After living in my RV for 4 years upon buying my little house last December, I truly don’t have space anymore. Books and journals are my obsession. My happy place is with my pup, coffee, and a book.

Books would be a good second choice. When one has a garden full of daylilies more seeds. The buying part comes in when resupplying adult beverages for proper hydration.

Records! We’re up to 765 now. Ask me again next week and the number will probably be higher.

I used to collect those as well. Vinyl is addicting! Had over 1,000 at one point… then I sold a lot and scaled way down. Not even sure how many I have now, maybe 350?

The Mister and I are both like this about books ❤
I have tried to feign support of his blade collection (I am a poor actress) so that he will understand shoes and scarves, but this has not panned out for me.
