Hoar frost forms ice crystals on objects, this is just fog on top of snow.

The snow fog is cool. The deer apparently aren’t in stealth mode. Are you slated to get more snow in the next couple of days? We’re just looking at a lot of wind…which actually can be more disruptive if the power grid crashes.

We’re due for a N’or Easter tomorrow night. Rain, heavy wet snow and high winds…. which means a total mess with power outages.

I’ve been traipsing around my new backyard studying the various animal tracks and trying to decipher each species. Given that I’m a city lad, this has so far been an exercise in futility, even with the help of Google. The only way I’ll ever be able to accurately identify a critter is by spotting it with my own eyes, I guess.
