Assorted nonsense.

.

I saw this on a passing vehicle the other day and I have to admit on first glance my mind went to a bad place…

.

.

And while I’ve never even considered moving to New Mexico?

.

.

A want ad like that could change my mind.

.

.

For all the clueless seafood consumers out there. Always choose the pink scallops.

.

.

And finally… is it me? Or is this hat mannequin I saw at a vintage clothing shop a little too happy?

  1. For the life of me, I don’t think I’ve ever been given a choice between scallops, either at the store or at a restaurant. Maybe that’s a coastal thing and we landlocked folks have to just take what we’re given?
Either way, I love scallops. I call them the Beef Tenderloin of the Sea.
P.S. How the hell do they know that one color is a girl and the other color is the boy? How do those things even mate?

  2. Well that scallop news is interesting. I love scallops but I never thought about the pink scallop was any different until now. Of course the female scallop is sweeter, it hasn’t hit menopause yet and when it does, watch out, lol. But then again what do I know of scallops or sea food in general, as much as I love it, I live in a part of the state that’s landlocked so, yeah.

  3. I dunno, but scallops are tasteless to me … my mind went to the same places as yours did with the mannequin and pink decal. As a native New Mexican who watched his home state turn into a Wokee paradise, it is good to see that the Fish & Game people don’t seem to be infected with wokism …
