This recipe I did try. It was labeled as a creamy shrimp scampi but in reality was more of a shrimp Alfredo. Seriously rich, but tasty.

The vodka whipped cream says don’t refrigerate? Methinks it not cream.
I know, I know, caramel and vodka so who cares. That garlic and parmesan would be delicious, but with 2 cups of fatty butter-cream-cheese cholesterol goodness, make sure to say grace before you eat it. 🙂

I hope you did not put this heavy sauce on “light” pasta. This sauce would overwhelm angel hair. Best on fettuccini I would think…

Pasta, or maybe use it as a dip? Who cares…. with that much butter, cream and cheese I could just drink it straight.

The whipped cream is meh at best, at least the brand I had awhike back. It would be great at a party – something fun & unique to share!
