  1. Cleveland needs to get some of the new “printed houses” made of wood fibres and other batural fibres. When you decide to remodel, you just grind up your old house and print a new one, recycling most of the same parts. Of course, you need a pretty big printer. Not sure how much they cost, or where you could rent one.

      1. Fascinating, but I am not sure yet if I woukd want to go that route. If there are no termites around, wood lasts for crnturies if taken csre of. But I’m old-fashioned. Maybe I stand in the way of progress.

  2. I saw a clip about the sailing cargo boat. It currently transports fancy wine and a couple other luxuries from France to… ??… I forget whete but it takes 18 days. They’re working on getting cargo for the reverse trip. Pretty retro cool.

I love the anti-squatter… though I also think maybe people shouldn’t have unused homes when there are so many people/families needing shelter (though those are rarely the squatters).
