  1. Not having the technical expertise to explain it – what AI images seem to lack is depth(?) And they seem very smooth (?). Ultimately what they look like is – artificial.

  2. AI can’t touch that sunrise. Most of the AI stuff seems to have an issue with anatomy and science–too many fingers, too many baby squirrels, too much scrolling ink on orchid leaves, LOL. In writing, it can’t manage humor or snark. And in technology, my Roomba hits the same damn doorway every day. We’re a long way from the Terminator.

  3. Sunrise is anout 3:00 AM. Too early for pictures. Sunset is around midnight right now. If I knew how to put a photo into a comment my sunsets would take at go at it. But I posted some pics previously. I will attach the link if I can find it.

      2. Unfortunately. And we are just starting to get the 2024 edition. We’ve got 25 new fires burning in the region after an electrical storm last week. If theyjoin up it couldgeg rougn.

      4. Extremely sad. But, yes, eerily is a good adjective. And with the clouds roiling angrily above, I can almost feel Nature’s wrath, “You humans did this to us!”
        The cause was a cigarette some fool threw out of his car window.

  6. That sunrise can’t be beat!!! As someone who lives where viewing complete sunrises and sunsets involve leaving home (thank you mountains and ginormous trees!), I will live vicariously through you, Rivergirl!
