After 3 years of virtually no snow, this winter is keeping our shovels busy.

Strolling out to the man cave for an adult beverage requires some effort.

The bird bath is disappearing.

And the shrub hats are growing.

As is the hump on the patio table.

  1. Our snow almost disappeared yesterday when the temperature surpassed 50º. It was nice while it lasted. We may be done until the traditional spring snowstorm – the one that freaks newcomers out, thinking winter will never end, but locals know it means spring is just around the corner.

      1. I remember when the Easter dress photos of my little sisters in mid-April had piles of New Hampshire snow in the background. And when the ice didn’t break up on Lake Winnipesaukee until tax day.
