.
After 3 years of virtually no snow, this winter is keeping our shovels busy.
.

.
Strolling out to the man cave for an adult beverage requires some effort.
.

.
The bird bath is disappearing.
.

.
And the shrub hats are growing.
.

.
As is the hump on the patio table.

.
Purty… but I’d die.

It’s not that bad….though we shovel a bit slower than we used to now.

If the cold didn’t kill.me, the exercise would!

I like the cold. But I admit, I do less shoveling than my spouse these days…

We don’t have that much snow, but it was felt good to be covered. Of course, not that it’s melting and the ground is still frozen, we have a swamp.

We’re due for rain today, 50 degrees tomorrow! and rain again Thursday… sadly we’ll be saying goodbye to ours as well.

Our snow almost disappeared yesterday when the temperature surpassed 50º. It was nice while it lasted. We may be done until the traditional spring snowstorm – the one that freaks newcomers out, thinking winter will never end, but locals know it means spring is just around the corner.

We’re due for rain and 50 degrees tomorrow. To be honest, I’m not ready…

I was going to say the same exact thing, so you can just copy and paste halffastcycling’s comment and swap in my name, please and thank you.

Our snow is almost all melted now, but you have a long way to go. At least there’s some sunshine where you are. Been gray here for days.

Hope it lasts a little longer for you!

This batch probably won’t. But you never know, it’s Maine… we’ve had snow in May.

I remember when the Easter dress photos of my little sisters in mid-April had piles of New Hampshire snow in the background. And when the ice didn’t break up on Lake Winnipesaukee until tax day.

One of biggest snow storms I ever saw here was in April. Hell, we had snow in May…
Not anymore.

Oh wow! It was around 55 degrees here yesterday. Your backyard looks much more appropriate for the end of February.

We had a good bit of melting the last two days so it’s fading…
