Let’s play

.

It’s Friday.

You know the drill.

.

.

I’m a December baby. A Sagittarius, the archer. Or in this case…

Rizzo.

.

.

I can’t tell you how pleased this makes me.

And to be honest, my Muppet pretty much nailed me.

I am both a wisecracker and sarcastic. (An old friend of my husband’s once told him I was “a bit much” 🤣)

I’m also Jersey born and bred with a distinct Sopranos twang.

Do I love food? Ask my ever expanding waistline.

Yup. I’m Rizzo.

Which muppet are you?

And how close does it come to your personality…

.

  1. I was born in July. I don’t know who that muppet is but he does seem to be a little perplexed. Cathy just identified him(?) for me as Beeker, who is either misunderstood or talking loud and saying nothing. How well I match up is a matter of opinion.
I’m glad you’re on the mend and sorry not to have reached out to you before now.

  2. I know next to nothing about the Muppets – but it seems as a Libra (tomorrow the 17th I will be 80!) I am a Kermit. I don’t know much about Kermit except he is quite popular (?)- I can’t say that is true for me…So if anyone wants to tell me about Kermit’s personality, I’m happy to be informed.

    1. Happy (pre) 80th!

      According to my research…

Kermit the Frog’s personality is best described as the “straight man” in a world of absolute chaos. While he is inherently kind, polite, and optimistic, his role as the reluctant leader of the Muppets means he is constantly balancing his gentle nature with sheer, frazzled desperation.

However, the moment he steps into the Muppet Theatre backstage, his anxiety takes over. As a showrunner, he is easily frustrated, neurotically anxious, and prone to losing his cool. When the surrounding madness becomes too overwhelming—whether it’s Gonzo’s bizarre stunts, Fozzie’s terrible jokes, or Miss Piggy’s aggressive romantic advances—Kermit will famously scrunch his face, wave his arms wildly above his head, and let out a frantic flail.

  3. Taurean=Fozzie Bear. “Fozzie Bear embodies the ESFJ personality type through his extroverted nature, practical sense, emotional sensitivity, and structured approach to life, making him a lovable and supportive friend who thrives in a collaborative environment.” 😎

  4. Nov. 8 makes me an Animal, which suits me just fine. This is more than a coincidence. Animal is my fabourite Muppet, The Animals are my favourite British Invasion group, and Eric Burdon, lead singer of The Animals, is my alltime favourite singer (followed closely by Jimi, Jim, and Janis.) And I will sting anyone who calls my judgment into question. Sorpions can have a deadly sting!
Worst thing about my birthdate: Trump was first elected on my birthday. What a “BOOBY” prize!

    1. Oh, come on. You have to admire Pepe.

Pepé the King Prawn possesses a fiery, larger-than-life personality that completely contradicts his tiny, crustacean size. He refuses to see himself as a puppet or a small animal, instead operating with the unshakeable confidence of a Hollywood superstar and a classic romantic lead.

      😊
